14‑Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition you received them

Unopened, unworn, or unused

In their original packaging

Complete with tags (if applicable)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🟦 DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🟦 EXCEPTIONS & NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items cannot be returned, including:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
🟦 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
